How to export your journal

You can export a single entry, multiple entries, or an entire journal from your Penzu account.

Export an entire journal

1. Log in to Penzu.

2. Find the journal you want to export.

3. Open the journal settings by selecting the settings icon on the journal cover.

4. Choose the export option.

Export a single entry

1. Open the entry you want to export.

2. Select the three-dot menu on the right side of the toolbar.

3. Choose the export option.

Export multiple entries

1. Open the All Entries page.

2. Select the entries you want to export.

3. Use the export option in the toolbar that appears at the top of the page.

If an export email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and make sure you can receive email from Penzu.
