Why did my PDF export email not arrive?

PDF exports are sent by email. If you requested an export but do not see the email in your inbox, try these steps first.

1. Check your spam or junk folder.

2. Search your mailbox for emails from Penzu.

3. Confirm that the email address on your Penzu account is correct.

4. Make sure you have not unsubscribed from all Penzu emails.

5. Try requesting the export again.

If the email still does not arrive, contact support and let us know when you requested the export. We can check whether the export email was accepted by our email provider.

Once an email is marked as delivered, your email provider may be the only one who can explain why it is not visible in your mailbox.
