What is Looking Glass? How do I turn it on / off?
Looking Glass is a free feature that emails entries you wrote on corresponding dates in previous years.
Looking Glass participation is managed for each journal on the full Penzu website. Open your journals list, then:
Open the journal's Settings.
Select the Settings tab in the journal window.
Find Looking Glass.
Use the control to set Looking Glass Enabled or Looking Glass Disabled.
Looking Glass settings are not available in the iOS or Android apps.
Links in a Looking Glass email
A Looking Glass email provides two different actions:
The Looking Glass turn-off link disables all Looking Glass emails for the account. It does not unsubscribe you from every type of Penzu email.
The separate entry-exclusion link prevents that one entry from appearing in future Looking Glass emails. It does not delete or change the entry and does not turn off Looking Glass.
You cannot include an excluded entry again yourself. Contact Penzu Support and identify the entry if you want to include it again.
If Looking Glass is enabled but expected emails do not arrive, check spam or junk, then contact Penzu Support if you still need help.
