Can a deleted journal be recovered?

Penzu keeps a deleted journal for 30 days before permanently deleting it. Deleted journals do not appear in the entry Trash and cannot be restored from the website or mobile apps.

If you deleted a journal within the past 30 days, contact Penzu Support. Include the journal's name, approximately when you deleted it, and write from the email address on your Penzu account. We can restore the journal if it is still available.

After 30 days, the journal and its entries are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
