What are Unclaimed Entries?
Penzu may create a journal called Unclaimed Entries when an entry has not yet been saved to one of your existing journals.
This can happen when entries are created or synced while all of your journals are locked, especially from the mobile app.
How to reduce the chance of this happening
Make sure the mobile app is fully synced before making changes.
Unlock the journal you want to write in before creating or syncing entries.
Check the website if you are unsure where an entry was saved.
If you are missing entries or think something did not sync correctly, contact support before deleting local app data or reinstalling the app.
